Refund policy

At FLEXX Designs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

Returns

  1. Eligibility: You may return items purchased from our website within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

          Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.

 

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive instructions and a return authorization (RA) number for your return.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

 

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Claims: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
